Pastor

Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits an active member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and is a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). His wife Leslie has three kids.
